Here's my Formula to Healthy Living so far is:
Eat healthy 85% of the time
Move my body daily (Walk, Dance, Stretch)
Practice Selfcare daily
Treat myself from time to time, on special occasions
My personal approach is to eat healthy food 85% of the time at home and allow myself the freedom to enjoy treats guilt-free when I'm out and about. Especially on special occasions such as on my birthday! (I did enjoy quite a few birthday freebies, I must say, and it was all worth it! No regrets!🥳)
Finding a middle ground between nourishing our body with wholesome foods and allowing ourselves occasional indulgence contributes to our mental health and overall well-being.
The key is not depriving ourselves from what brings us happiness. It’s all about balance and avoiding doing anything in excess that might harm our health.
It’s essential to cultivate the discipline to know when to indulge and when to prioritize nourishing our bodies, which should be the majority of the time.
The journey starts with setting a conscious intention to prioritize our health first and foremost.
It then helps us stay on track and regain balance when needed.

Our mindset influences our lifestyle and our mental and physical well-being.
Build a strong and healthy mindset.
Do more of what brings joy into your life.
Make time to care and look after your body.
Spend quality time with loved ones.
Maintain an active social life.
Nourish your body with wholesome food on a daily basis.
Remember that it is OK to also indulge guilt-free on special occasions!
